Diccionario de Español.
you do NOT say Castellano. Castellano is the ANCIENT SPANISH language. yes, it comes from Castilla, but now there is no place in spain called castilla anymore.. there is Castilla la Mancha and Castilla Leon, but the ancient Castilla used to be almost the whole peninsula. Castellano has more words in latin, and we only use it when we refer to the laguage nationally... but internationally, it is Diccionario de Español, or Diccionario Español is fine too.
