I believe that this is going to happen and when it does it will kill the courier trade.We will be regulated like the lorries and will have to obey the rules whilst foreign vans will not be regulated and carry on under cutting us.Although some sort of hour restriction would be a good thing.

In an ideal world yes, but as the courier said its going to kill their trade. So the other side to it is, if because each courier company has to employ more drivers and the cost of your parcel delivery doubles. Will you still agree then?

If it is used for commercial use then yes, drivers hours should still apply for your sake and the sake of other road users
