I think it's connective, but it might also be muscle.

Depends what you mean by durable. If you mean "lasts a long time" then Nervous tissue, with muscle second. If you mean strength, then connective tissue such as tendon, sinews, ligaments etc.

No, gotta be the tooth enamel. It is the hardest tissue of the body. They last the longest...Think of all those fossils with the teeth still intact.
