I use Mary Kay but that's expensive...
Wal-Mart brands work good, too...
An inexpensive way is soap and water.

Baby oil is good but boy does it stay if it gets in your eyes. Ponds cold cream works very well. It breaks down the makeup and you can tissue it off or wash it off. Cold cream is what is usually used during theatrical shows to remove the heavy make-up actors wear in theater. Hope I helped. :)

i dont think removing your make-up with soap and water is bad, put its not that easy....i would suggest putting a little baby oil on a q-tip and use the tip of it to remove eye liner...another idea is to use eye makeup remover pads from the brand, e.l.f.

I use MAC's make-up remover tissues...it's really nice. It leaves yr skin feeling very soft and moisturizes it. Oh and after u use it all, if u take the package-i think they said if you have like all used package-10?of them???ask them) they give u something for free.

I really like Almay's makeup removers. All of them are great! They're gentle enough for my sensitive skin and have never clogged my pores.
