I sat on my commode and it cracked, big time! What can I do RIGHT NOW to stop the water from coming out of the bowl?

Turn the water supply valve to closed. Whatever is in the bowl you will just have to let it drain out, use a lot of towels and a mop.
You could bail it out with a cup or turkey baster.

You should turn off the water valve at the wall first so no more water can get into the tank and therefore into the bowl, then take your plunger and slowly force the water in the bowl down until there is very little water left. You won't be able to get all the water out this way, but at least most of it. You could soak up what's left with towels, though, if the crack is that for down.

There should be a shut off valve/ faucet thing under the toilet. Turn off the water and the water that is in it will spill out until it is below any cracked areas. Mop and towels, for soaking up excess water.

There should be a oval or round spigot handle on the wall behind the the toilet.
This supplies water to the toilet. Turn it off.
