Yes you can. If the temperature is comfortable for the type of boots you are fine. Boots are a style of footwear, not dictated by season. Now winter boots are more of a functional piece to meet the need to keep warm, thus worn in the winter. Uggs or furry boots in the summer would be a bit much, but heeled or flat boots with a thin lining are fine.

Light colors like white, camel, pink etc are great choices for the warmer parts of the year.

Of Course!
I would strongly suggest flat riding boots in black or brown. Those never go out-of-style. They are perfect with denim mini skirts. Shorts or Bermuda shorts and empire waist short-length dresses.

High heeled boots are okay to wear in the summer too but if worn with the wrong outfit, like a mini skirt, it'll look questionable. When you wear flat boots it'll complement the outfit in ways people never thought before. They'll' be like: "I would have never thought of wearing those boots with that pair of shorts, you look cute!"

I think Uggs are a definate no, but i think cowboy boots at night with jeans and the right top, or cowboy boots with a jean skirt would look adorable.

Here are some reasons why boots should be worn in the summer
1. You are a construction worker
2. It's raining
3. You have really ugly toes

How about a mid calf-short heel with a short skirt with bare legs?
