whenever i meet new people i`m always shy and I can never be myself....which usually ends with the new person never talking to me. Do you have any tips on how i can be myself around new people and stop being so why?

I used to feel that way and I found out that I didn't accept or love myself. I had a bad car accident and felt all alone and was very down about it, but I made a decision that I was going to look inside really honestly. I started a blog and an on-line business and keep negative people and drama queens out of my life. I don't let anyone treat me in an abusive way and guess what? People start seeing the difference and are then drawn to you. Try it!

Remember that you can always turn moments into memories, but you have to be in it to have the memory. Enjoy life people will always have something to say about you who cares, meet people, live, laugh, and most of all love.

I used to be shy and quiet. But now, I met a lot of new people and made a lot of very good friends. At first, you just have to smile to him or her, than start the conversation by, "Hi, your in my class right......." ..... Overall, just be yourself.

meeting new people should be the easiest time u can be yourself... i can understand if people have known u for a while and have a perceived way they see you...but when u meet new people just think to yourself...this could be when everybody finally sees me for who i am..and just talk...it's the easiest way...=converstaion

pretend like you are talking to your closet friend or a family member that ought to make you feel more comfortable
