it should be ok but check with your doc. Yoga is great for pregnant women. it stregthens you and helps you open your hips which definatley helps with delivery. Walking on the treadmill would still be good for you. You'll be glad after the baby is born if you keep up with an excercise routine. I gained 80 pounds with my son and still trying to lose the last 15. I think my hormone shave changed or something because it's so hard to lose weight now.

My doctor said that almost anything I as doing before I got pregnant, I could continue... However, once you get further along, if you dont feel like running, I bought a really good workout video from Walmart called Denise Austin fit and firm pregnancy... It has 3 complete 20- minute workouts and a post bounce back workout! I love it!

walking on treadmill is great, but maybe ask your dr or midwife about the running, there is a great gym ball pregnancy dvd out there that is great for preparation excercising and for easing you back into excercise after the birth, and the gym ball is great for soothing baby

Yes, it is ok to follow a usual workout routine, just don't overdo it or do more than you did before you were pregnant.
