Depends what you like. South Africa has a diverse landscape (beaches, deserts, wildlife, mountains etc). Namibia has incredible desert landscapes and moonscapes and big wide open spaces. All the other countries in Southern Africa have something unique: Botswana pristine wilderness areas like the Okavango, Zambia/Zimbabwe the Victoria Falls and beatiful wildlife areas e.g. Kafue National Park and Mozambique with its beautiful long, white, tropical beaches.

I think this is a questions that would have a different answer for every individual. Every country that I have been to in Southern Africa has a unique beauty. Namibia has the most amazing sight when you are standing on the dunes and the sun is reflecting from them. Botswana and the Okavango Delta is so peaceful. Zambia has Victoria Falls, as well as some beautiful plains on which to look for woldlife. Tanzania and Lake Tanganyika have some amazing beach areas and fish, as does Lake Nyasa in Malawi. All in all, I cant choose the prettiest or most interesting. All have a history, all have abeauty. Sorry this doesnt really answer the question!!!

Comeon Southern Africa is not that pretty, when you ask of pretty i answer you in all ways, Namibia is full of dunes and its kind of a dry land where nothing flows, south africa well is pretty in structures, but when it comes to natures blessing i would certainly go for Namibia, cos' south africa is a scientist opinion of the earth being flat.

also national park like Ngorongoro and Serengeti,Manyara and Selous alos Gombe national park for Chimpazee,

South Africa itself has beautiful sceneries and beautiful beaches. zimbabwe has the famous waterfalls.
