That sounds pretty simple.
Go to walmart and get a black tote bag... I have one its very sturdy and i fill it with a **** load and its held up well...
next print out a pic of a heart
attatch the print to cardboard and cut out the heart shape with an exacto knife
then paint it with white fabric paint or white screen printing ink in OPAQUE (this shows up VERY well on black and dries very fast)
then let dry and
WOW you have the same freakin bag only you can take pride in saying you did it yourself...
but if youre one of those people who likes to pay for other people to do stuff you could do yourself then you can pay me 25 bucks and I will make you the bag and heat set it.
