According to the World Fact Book:

It's a bit complicated since the majority of Dominican Republican's are of mixed race, you could say 1.6 to 1.1, but it depends on how you define people of mixed race:

Mixed 73%, white 16%, black 11%

Dominicans are a pretty homogenous population of mixed people.

I dont even think the Santo Domingo keeps stats on race.

hey..well im Dominican..so ill answer your question..In the D.R. historically,we have 3 races:Taino Indian,African,and Spanish.Our population is identified like this: 16%white...11%black...and 73%mixed..hope this is the right info ur looking for for..laters..chao!
