Ok, when I press the button for AC, fresh air mode( Recirculation) or rear deffoger button, all green lights light on. 1st thing iv'e noticed is that the Fresh air mode even though the light turns off and on, the part inside the glove compartment doesnt move up or down to allow fresh air in like its suppose to, I dont know why that is?

As far as the AC, Ive noticed there are two FANS inside the hood, one on the left attached to the radiator, and the other attached to the AC. I noticed that only when I turn on the AC, the right fan always turns on, I guess thats how it work, but dont understand why they call it a cooling fan in the repair manual? The car does not overheat, the fan attached to the radiator turns on when the car is hot, and the gauge stays normal in the highway or streets. So I need to figure out why the AC is shot dead as well as the mechanism of that fresh air mode thing. The blower burns hot air when tuned for hot and cold air when tuned to Cold air. So I hope this is enough information to help me out here.

As far as fuses, looking at my manual, these have to do with the functions related, however I quite dont know what they are for.
1. Heater, Air Conditioning Relay
2. Heater Motor
3. Magnetic Clutch, (A/C), Condenser Fan (A/C)
4. Cooling Fan

PS. How do I know my water pump is not damaged, and which of this controls what, including the fresh air mode? Thanks a LOT!!!!!!!

The Power Steering, Alternator, and Compressor Belts are spinning normal under the hood.

Ok, so its freezing up here now in up northeast Jersey 4F, cold cold. The fresh air mode now works, perhaps it was so cold, the part wasnt moving, but now it does, I guess it was frozen. However the AC still doesnt work. When I used the heater with the control, it work perfects, full HOT power. Ive noticed when I pressed the defroster button, you hear this click noise coming from the bottom of the drivers side, I guess from the one of the Fuse control BOXES, its like a noise click turning on sound, like when your home central AC kicks in, , that click noise. I believe it made the same noise when my AC worked in my car. So at this point, I havent checked fuses or nothing like that. So Ive listed the common fuse names previoulsy. Help!

OK first thing is switch to decaf and relax . the heating , AC and rear defrosters are separate systems . Heater is fine , defrosters are fine , the vent control probably was frozen . This only leaves the AC . More than likely it's time to have the AC recharged , most any garage can handle this .
