Hello there Andrew,
They say that the Morning After Pill (or Plan B) is 80% effective if it is used within 72 hours of intercourse. It sounds to me like you were well within that window of time.
This medication which contains the same hormones that are in birth control pills works in two ways. It helps to immobilize the sperm and also to prevent implantation.
Your girlfriend my have some side effects like nausea, vomiting, fatigue, headache and abdominal pain, but it is unlikely that she will be pregnant.
You and your girlfreind should be fine. I hope that after this you will find a reliable form of birth control to use as this would not be a good thing to do repeatedly.
Take care of each other.
Blessings
Lady Trinity~

it's called the MORNING AFTER PILL! and it's suppose to induce a period. which means she should start a medically induced mentral cycle...i can imagine the cramps will be bad, and the bleeding a bit heavier than normal since it's intended to flush her system clean.

and if you are using it as a form of birthcontrol, then shame on you!

use a condom, use the birthcontrol pill. good lord!
