2 british newspapers report that Thierry Henry will be allowed to leave Arsenal in the summer. Real Madrid and Barcelona the most likley clubs, (as usual).

Go ahead, tell me that it's just newspaper talk, I'm just passing on info.
Anyody feel that he might go at the end of the season?

Well he will be 30 years old in the summer and getting £25 million isnt a bad idea.We know arsenal can score goals without him and the manager has always liked a young team.He will be a loss as he is an amazing player but in my opinion he Can be replaced, maybe you differ.

I think these are just rumours trying to unsettle Arsenal. Henry is invaluable to the team. When Henry is out injured, the whole team suffers. Henry is someone who can change a match and has been the top scorer for the past season in EPL. Arsenal don't have any striker who can match his skill and goalscoring touch now. Even though they have some rising stars, they still need some old heads around to cater for the transition. Arsenal suffered the last few years when they sold players who think are at their sell-out dates; remember Viera? Viera is still performing after he left Arsenal. What they should do is to mix some experienced players with the uprising stars and they will benefit from it. Remember Bergkamp? Bergkamp shared his experience with Van Persie, and look how Van Persie has improved since.

After loosing the captain Vieira the club was still playing well but they lacked the leadership which I now believe Henry is the only player doing that for the team. So I don't see why the club would let him go because right now they don't have any other leader who can motivate and inspire them as well as he does.

I'm a Chelsea fan but I'd like to see him stay at Arsenal in order to put pressure to all of us.

Thanx!

Not As Good As He Was But Still A Great Player.
I Think They Will Let Him Go, 25M Is A Good Price For Him, Bet They Have Someone In The Pipe Line Already To Replace Him

He's had a training ground bust-up with Wenger recently.Plus the manager is going for young blood in the Arsenal side.maybe he thinks Thierry has passed his sell-by date.Either way i think come season's end, he's gone.

Arsenal may sell him as when he is absent, Arsenal also win a few games. Henry is getting old even though he is still the best striker in EPL. Arsenal have Van Persie already and so Arsenal may sell him.

He is a great footballer but 1 man does not make a great team. If he goes then let him its a lot of money & Arsen Wenger has many more rising world class stars.
Arsenal will continue to provide exiting reults & good quality football.
What a fantastic team
