i was watching the chunnin exams for naruto and i thought that gaara could never fight again, but i saw future episodes on youtube and he can clearly fight... and that makes me angry lol.

Rock Lee fights really well when he's drunk! Gaara eventually turns over to the good side though.

~ SPOILER ~ yes, Rock Lee will be able to fight again & he'll fight even more fierce in the next episodes. however after his fight with Gaara there's a time when he needs to stay in bed for full recovery so just wait patiently until his appearance in the future episodes. + emo

yes gaara can fight again but he turns good. plus he helps lee fight (after lee gets better) during the sasuke retrieval arc

Rock Lee can fight again after been treated by the 5th Hokagesama.. A women hokagesama..
the treatment is quite difficult & risky but 5h Hokage complete the operation successfuly..

Gara turns to Good side.. which is fighting side by side with konaha village.. after the 5th Hokage been appointed the sand village make a pact with konaha village..

both gaara and lee fight later in the series. and gaara went on to achieve great things. so don't judge so soon yet. :)

Tsunade rulz ne? She healed Rock Lee. Ya Rock Lee fights drunk with Kimimaru and Gaara comes and helps Rock Lee. Kimimaru would have killed Gaara only his disease killed him. ^^'

Going off of Haku's response, you should learn about Rock Lee's drunken fist style fighting. It's really funny in the anime (not manga).
Master Gai: Uh-oh, he took to sake. One drop and he goes crazy. He's a natural fighter in the drunken fist!
Lee: Ugh, medicine always tasted bad. Whoa, I feel so dizzy.
Kimimaro: What's in that medicine? Fool! He mistook his medicine for sake!
Lee: Watcha lookin at freak?
Kimimaro: (uses his bones to stab Lee)
Lee: (does matrix-style dodge and pummels Kimimaro)
Lee: I feel so dizzy. (falls down and sleeps?)
Kimimaro: ... (walks over and stabs downward at Lee)
Lee: (rolls over in sleep)
Kimimaro: (stabs again)
Lee: (rolls over again, just dodging the bones, yet again)
(process is repeated 10 more times and slowly getting faster, Lee keeps on dodging them with speed, either he's EXTREMELY lucky or he's awake and dodging them by his drunkenness)
Lee: (gets up and blocks the attack) I tricked you! (falls down)
Kimimaro stabs again, but Lee does a handstand and blocks the attack with his feet. He proceeds to punch with his feet and walk on his legs, pushing Kimimaro backwards as he tries to block the strange attack.
I love that episode.
