How can someone NOT know if they have a warrant?

Just drive recklessly until you get pulled over. You'll find out real fast if you have a warrant.

Yes, your county records which is free of charge has all warrants. use your search engine enter your county and court records.

some states do have a website.. flordia is one of them.. you can call and ask your police dept if they have a web site for it
