Limewire is completely free. But if you want limewire pro, it is like 10 bucks but hey who needs that when you can get it for free. Am I right?

It has two version one is the BASIC version and it is free the other one is the pro version and you have to pay for it.
I'll tell what i did i got the free version of limewire then with that version I downloaded the pro version so I did not pay for the pro version and i have because i downloaded it with the basic version of limewire.

yes it is but Limewire does come with a massive risk of virus, so be careful. just make sure you have a very good and up to date anti-virus program installed.
i think Lime wire is the best one for music downloading followed by Bear share.

If you go to limewire.com you can have access to 2 versions...One more powerful that costs, and another one:4.12.11 that is totally free...! The songs are free also but some ppl say it's stealing and others say it's not if you don't sell them once downloaded...!Ask around, I keep on having different opinions about this!

YES !! I have LImewire but, it can also give really bad viruses. So be sure to have a really good virus and spyware protectot. Like McAfee or something.

The regular is free. but will ask you if you want to upgrade to Turbo then you'll have to pay I think it's $20
