Question

Ok if you had a long (to the floor) black skirt what dressy shirt would u wear with it? If you had a website with the shirt on it i would be soo happy ..but you can just describe it too!

Well depending on if you are looking for a wild look, a more classical subtle look; there are a lot of great camisoles or even short sleeve tops you can go with. Is the material of your skirt a shiny/silky material or more of a matte finish? maybe someting along the lines of these might work:
