Halo 3 beta HELP ME?

I just bought a 360 yesterday 2/3/07 and I would like to participate in the halo 3 beta. besides crackdown anyone have an invite or way I can obtain halo 3 beta?

You missed the "rule of 3" phase 2 signups, so now (sorry to say) the only thing you can do is buy Crackdown.

I find it humorous that the other answer's only suggestion is to buy Crackdown, despite the fact that your questions clearly asks "besides buying crackdown..."

However, I would suggest renting crackdown. It is cheep and Its possible that you just need the game in your xbox 360 to access the download page for the Halo 3 beta. Just remember that the beta probably won't come out until April 2007.

Also, check eBay around April. Most likely people will be selling their gamer tags which are linked to the beta.

No, you have to have a Crackdown disk with an invite to play Halo 3 beta. The x-box 360 uses the special Crackdown disk as a key to play Halo 3 beta.

There were two other ways....but after the 5th of February there is only the Crackdown route. The other ways involved registering on Halo3.com.

There is a game you have to by and then you can register for the beta download. I can't remember the game but if you go to g4tv.com and check "the feed" on attack of the show, I remember seeing it there.
