did you know that bees can kill anything around the size of a wasp just by swarming around it and littereally "cooking it to death"? i thought that was pretty interesting

yes, I saw that on a nature show, the wasp entered the bee hive and all the bees covered the wasp and the heat killed him. It was the scouting wasp, so once they were dead there were no more wasps to tell the other wasps where the bee hive was.
