It's already out, and it's an incredible issue. It includes Panic! At The Disco along with other new artists like The Shins. Definitely worth the 4.50$ it cost.

it came out on jan.31, i think. the magazine is out till feb.8. hurry up and buy it. i waited for like 5 days or so just to buy it. and i was going to borders, but i went to 7eleven and there, it is. great pictures.
