No you are not dead, can I suggest that you fit a broom head to it & brush the back passage. Go to the fromt door from inside & place your hand in the letter box & wiggle your fingers. Keep them moving & you will feel better.

Just a thought ~ sell the dead snake to The Manx Government ~ they could use it as a barrier during the TT races to keep people off the course ;-)
