This year? I would have to say Lost Planet. Not much of a competition since the other game to be released this year is Fuzion Frenzy 2.

Well, Guitar Hero 2 will be out in about a month for 360....but Lost Planet so far for 2007.

There is no "best X-box 360 game of 2007"
Everybody has their own taste in games and dislikes,etc, not everybody will think Gears of war is the best , nor call of duty .
999 people like gears but 1 doesnt, so that doesnt mean its the best. theres still 1 person hating it XD (me)

Well, not many great games have come out yet in 2007, but in 2006, Gears of War and Dead Rising were the best. If you don't have them, I reccomend getting them immediately. Gears of War may have a short single player campaign, but it has amazing online play.

Those games are from 2006... Anyways Lost Planet : Extreme Conditions is probably the best game THIS year so far, although it is not that great... Another ok game from 2007 is Battlestations:Midway, but also not that great. On February 20th Crackdown is coming out though which is looking great.
