Last resort: Drain the oil, keep it in the house, make sure the oil plug is put back in correctly. Allow 30 minutes more to get to work in the morning. When you go out in the morning, put the oil in the engine and start the car. Set the heater on full. All should run right.
Invest is a heater that you can put under the engine block over night. Some sheets or blankets around the car will keep the heat in and oil from freezing.

I live in freakin cold Truckee,ca. and have had the same problem. First, a new battery. Get a good one with the highest cold cranking amps you can afford also replace the battery cables all the way to the starter. This will cost about $120.00 total. If this doesnt work sell the car and buy a new one.
Sorry but there are no easy fix's. (you could go to the pound and get 2-3 husky dogs and stuff them under the hood to keep your engine warm at night)

If you can't hook a block heater to it then a light grade synthetic oil, a good strong healthy battery with lots of CCA and keep your gas tank always above half full so you won't have water issues.
Also recommended in fuel injected cars to give it a part throttle while starting but don't rev it when it starts.

you will have to bring the battery inside and clean the cables and battery posts. also there has to be some way to get some heat to the motor even if you put a pan of hot water under the oil pan in the morning ,call your boss that you will be late , and go to a gas station and buy an extension cord so that tomorrow p.m. you can put a space heater or a lamp with a 100 watt bulb in the engine bay to keep it warm.good luck.

Your car should be able to handle temperatures below freezing. I live in Montana, and I use a block heater on most of my vehicles. I have one truck that does not have a block heater, I have just gone to running straight antifreeze in this vehicle. It has seen -30 and starts fine.

looks like you need to check the bus schedule! You will need to wait until it is warmer, get a jump and then take it to the nearest garage and get a heater installed. Nothing to do for it now unless you can talk someone into letting you push it into their garage and letting it warm up, get a jump and then take it to the garage. Good luck, sorry 4 the bad news!- dd

Your car sucks. Minnesota is so bad-*** it doesn't even want your crappy car inside of it's boundaries.
