sixteen... your young enough to show it off and all... and mature enough to know what your doing (in a way)... and if you have your parents permission.. then yes... 16 is perfect... if not.. thne 18 when you pretty much have your own word...

I think that getting a belly button ring and having a shirt that knda shows it is like saying "hey i'm sexually acctive want a piece of me" and if you would never want someone to think that about you then don't get one!

I would say about sixteen, although i'm forteen and I want to get one. I've heard it takes half a year to heal though, so just warnin ya!

I think the best age is 16....but i got mine pierced at 14....but it really doesnt matter

im 15 and i have my nose periced i got mine periced 14 so i guess like 13 or 14 would b good because its not as noticeble!

Never! If we were supposed to have metal protruding from our stomaches then we would have been born like that!
Plus if they get infected they become nasty too! :(

im 13 now and i got mine pierced when i was nine. and mine never got infected so i think its okay 2 be young when u do it as long as your mature enough 2 handle it
Plus it looks sexy when ur in a bikini!!!
