I searched a lot for them but all in vain.....I wish to find any site that provides free downloads of all English yu gi oh manga volumes...also free downloads of all English yu gi oh episodes of high quality (better with English subs)...........& thanks in advance

The Yu-gi-oh manga is licensed. So the best, and only current legal, way to read the manga is by picking up a copy from your local bookstore.
If you'd like to read it for free, try looking at your school or local library to see if they have it or any other manga. If they don't have it, ask your librarian if you can suggest a title for the library to purchase.
The anime is also licensed and unfortunately the subtitled version of it is not available in the USA. Fansubs at this point are not legal to download, free or otherwise. If you'd like 4Kids to release the japanese with english subtitles version of Yugioh, I'd suggest writting them a fan letter expressing your interest in it.
