I was using partition magic and i resized my c drive a couple gigs smaller, and now it shows that i have 12 gb

I was using partition magic and i resized my c drive a couple gigs smaller, and now it shows that i have 12 gb unallocated. I was trying to put those free 12 gigs in my other partition i created local disk f -can i do this i need some major help please
