I get it a lot, and I'm worried because it has to do with brain signals and what not. Or does it happen to everyone?

i used to get it very frequently, and it has faded as i have aged and matured. i dont know what causes it, but it could be scary, and it could be totally awesome. i was able to tell certain events would happen weeks and months before, but i would not know specifics. i had a very normal one, precogntion, with some visions (these were more innacurate for me) and precognition happens in 70% of people. its foretelling in dreams, just most people dont know that they have it. its a very interesting skill to have. good luck!! for more information on this...google precognition. :)

It happens to a lot of people-but maybe not frequently! How often do you have it? 10 times a day? Or a couple of times a week? I always have felt that deja vu is sort of like an "out-of-your-body" type experience- so I always wonder if I hadn't been reincarnated or something like that!

It tends to be more prevalent in young adults...most people outgrow the frequent attacks of it by 30 or so.

i have the same problem...i don't know how common it is, but now i know i'm not alone, and neither are you. it scares me a lot...idk...i think i need a shrink....anyway, good luck!
