If you mean parasites like mosquitoes, of course not. If you mean an animal like the cuckoo bird, then perhaps. But lets face it, most of the parasites you think of like the flea or tick will never need to be conserved. The minute we need to stick leeches on the endangered species list along with pandas is the day the sun explodes.

definitely YES, while parasites of humans may be annoying, they're vitally important ecologically. Numerous species rely on the existance of certain parasites as food, or some symbiotic relationships.
what we can do however, is eliminate certain human parasites ones which carry pathogenic strains of diseases. Parasites of other animals should be left alone

I don't know about "conserved," but they shouldn't be done away with by mass. As nasty as they may seem, parasites uphold a part of the delicate food chain, control populations, and ensure survival of the fittest.

When you say "conserved" do you mean like "save the whales" or the dolphins or whatever?
I don't think so. There are so many, they will never be endangered or go extinct.
