why wont she listen?

i just told my friend how i feel left out and she just said it wasnt her fault! why wont she ever listen to me???

Don't be upset with her. In life you will have many best friends. But remember that sometimes you out grow people, when this happens as you will see this in life, don't be mad at them just know that you are moving on to a different level in life, enjoy those people while they last. Hopefully this is not your only friend. Communication is the key to any good relationship. By avoiding your question she is avoiding communication. Perhaps she doesn't want to talk about it but that's no excuse to treat you like an outsider. Is this really a good friend of yours? Good friends are usually supportive and try to listen to what it is you have to say, even if they don't agree with you. Feelings may not reflect truth, however. For example, you feel left out but are you truely being left out or does it just seem like that? If you are left out and your friend refuses to talk about it, then I would have to question the loyalty of your friend. Sometimes people get jealous and purposely ignore others to try to make them feel bad, could this be happening to you. In general, friends are not supposed to ignore you on a habitual basis. Sure, everybody has days when they just want to be alone or with other people but this should not occur often if she claims to be your friend. Also, your friend may have other friends to hang out with from time to time but this doesnt mean she doesn't want to be your friend. Hopefully you have other friends you can spend time with, otherwise you are likely to be dissappointed every time your friend does something with another group of people - which is a normal thing to do from time to time.

Well maybe she just thinks of herself to much and u know what I think u should not be her friend anymore because she don't treat u right and the thing is it is her fault that u feel left out. I am saying this from the heart because I have gealed with it too

Deer littles_secrets, my advice to you is this. In life there are freinds, and there are accquaintances. Dont confuse them. A true freind will always be there for you at any time. In the good and bad times. He will always give you a helping hand. A true freind points out our faults to us when he sees them. He wont just let them not be taken care of. If I were you, i'd be hanging ou with a freind, not with an aquaintance.

Some people just aren't equipped to deal with emotional issues. Maybe her parents don't talk in depth about feelings, etc. so she hasn't yet learned how to resolve conflicts well. She might respond well to a letter.

that should open your eyes, unfortunately. to be perfectly honest find a better friend that actually cares and most importantly one who will LISTEN to you. if you do not then do not blame her for being unfair. i mean you are sticking around and taking the ignorance from her. do what is best for you.
