There are zoo jobs. But the jobs that you would get at a zoo with little to no experience is going to be cleaning up after the animals. You will actually have little to no contact with the animals. The only people that really have contact with the animals are the trainers. You could look around for pet store jobs or local animal breeders that need help. You could also check with your local animal rescue. The Pet Stores, Breeders and Rescues are your best chances with actually working with animals.

Well you could go to animal clinics around where you live and see if they need anyone to clean kennels for them. I work at an animal clinic and started off as a kennel cleaner. Or you could see if any dog boarding places need someone to come walk the dogs and feed them.
