At this time, Capcom is actively hiring for their Mobile Games divisions in the United States and Canada. There are usually positions in marketing as well. See the page below for openings.
If you know someone at a certain division or subsidiary, you could inquire with them... maybe have them pass on your resume and portfolio/demo reel.
Capcom is one of the premiere developer/publishers, so be sure your resume is flawless and your portfolio/demo reel is stunning. They get literal dozens of solicitations a month, and generally only pick prodigies or people with some decent industry experience.

All companies have websites these days. You could take a look at Capcom's website ... www.capcom.com ... and click the link that says CAREERS, and you will see all the positions for which they are currently hiring, and what the requirements are, and how to apply.
