You are married!! And have not yet consummated?? Go with missionary, it might not even hurt. Do not worry. Your husband will know that you are nervous and if he is also a virgin he is just as nervous. Do not expect it to last long, you will be thankful of that since it is your first time and all. After you both are more at ease with sex itself, try other positions.

I strongly suggest on waiting until you KNOW you are love and possibly married. Of course, I am also a mom. :) I also lost mine to completely the wrong guy, at the wrong time, and totally for the wrong reasons. There have been only 5 men in my life--one I was engaged to and one was my husband. I wish I would have waited. I wish I could go back and change things. I can't. So, yes, when someone asks when???? I suggest waiting. As for the actual experience, well, when you love someone and he knows it's your first time, he'll be as gentle as possible. Like the rest have said, there really isn't a better position for this. However, I will let you in on a secret--after all these years, I can't remember there was any pain at all. Once you get through it, you'll be fine.

I'm not aware of their being any position inparticular that will make first time sex more comfortable. I recommend doing it how you and your partner would enjoy it the most; perhaps just the missionary position (on your back with him ontop).
The reason having sex for the first time may cause discomfort is the stretching/tearing of the hymen. You can manually stretch your hymen gently with your fingers over the course of a couple days or weeks to gradually move it out of the way. Whatever you do, make sure you are well lubricated during sex. Buy some KY jelly if you have to. And make sure your partner knows he can't just ram it in in .5 seconds; he'll have to take his time and wait for your vagina to relax and stretch gradually.

Well obviously the missionary position. Sure, it's boring. But it's best for first-timers. But if you want to know what the best position for YOU to be in is that you've had an orgasm before having sex. It'll take away much of the pain you'll feel. Foreplay is a must.

There is no specific position to making it not hurt, the best advice I can give is to wait til marriage. You want to give yourself to someone who cares about enough to be gentle on you and make love to you... not just have sex with you.

Sweetheart, with a man who understands and will be patient and gentle, it will be okay. If ... (and I hope you are)... in love with this person, it will be a memory you will have as an old lady when you are 99 years old. My first was incredibly sweet and caring and loving. Although we were young and I did not wind up with him, I will always remember his hesitancy , patience, and making certain every 30 seconds ... " Are you okay???"

Well it would probably be best to go with missionary. It might not even hurt depending on the guy you are with.

Any position just make sure you are lubricated. Have your husband give your foreplay that should get you relaxed and naturally lubricated. Have fun.
