The book was about how a witch fell from the sky because her broom lost it's ability to fly and this woman found her a took care of her till she got another witch to help her and left her broom that still had magic with the woman. The broom did chores and all sorts of ftuff for her and i would really like to know the name please help

There is a picture book by Chris Van Allsburg called The Widow's Broom that is a lot like this.
