when younger i read "from chocalate to morphine" by andrew weil
since then i made it a habit to stop smoking every several months for several months at a time. So yes technically i still smoke, but its probably cuz i like the feel from when you havent done it in a while and i like the struggle and sense of accomplishment when you quit....so I repeat the pattern. have for many many years. started smoking at 14

Yes I do but sure I want to quit because it is dangerous to my life.Another reason is that I should not become a slave to a habit which I have acquired.I am the master and I have determined to quit just last night.

yes i still smoke. every time i put one out, i "quit." about a half hour later i convince myself i can have just one more. this happens about 20 times a day. it's a vicious circle and i don't know if i'll ever succeed but at least i try (even if it is in my own head)

Yes, I do - cigarettes for the past 34 years, weed only for the past 15! I have no desire to quit - perhaps I will if I get really sick. The only "bad" habit I have!

I quit almost 6 years ago. I did it because I knew it was not good for me and it costs to much money.

I quit 2 years ago. I quit because it is bad for you. Lung cancer, heart disease, all that stuff.
