Interesting you should ask! Not too long ago I got a very nice lesbian porn video (Pornograflics, if anyone cares to know), and there was a good deal of underarm hair going on. The odd thing was that on the femme girls, I was quite repulsed- I just wanted to take a razor to it! I don't mind a little stubble, a little growth, but a bush is just too much for me, I guess. Does that say something about me? Probably. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to keep anyone down, but I just don't like the look of copious underarm hair on a femme woman; it looks out of place and incongruent.
However, one of the butch women in the film had some underarm hair, too, and for some reason, I was fine with it. Maybe I feel it goes with the whole butch persona; I don't know. I still wouldn't mind if it was clean-shaven, but the hair was okay on this girl.
So, overall, on my butches, yes, on femmes, never, and, overall, if I had my choice, nah, let's get rid of underarm hair.

I'm bisexual, but yes, I would be repulsed by that. I prefer my women feminine.
And if she was perfect in every other way except for the underarm hair, I'd encourage her to shave it, but if she didn't, I suppose I'd just live with it and try not to pay attention to the fact it was there.
