I found a hotel in Anaheim, CA, called Hotel Menage through Cheap Tickets that said $88.00 per night. To the right of that, it states, Cheap Tickets Special Offer "stay 3 nights and receive 15% off your stay". Their total for 3 nights was 266.63 plus 53.08 tax. This comes out to 88.8766 per night, no tax.

When I called, I was told the 15% applied to the $99 that was reduced to $88 per night. I felt this was misleading since it said $88 "per night". Further on, it states, "stay 3 nights and receive 15% off your stay".

They explained that the 15% already reduced the price to $88. I felt that statement was:
1. Misleading in the way it was presented. The $99 is crossed out, but it still says "per night", leading one to believe that the nightly rate was reduced and will be even further reduced with a 3 night stay.
2. Even if it did refer to 15% off of the $99, the total was still incorrect. 15% off of $99 would be 14.85, which would make the price 84.15 not 88.87. Your opinion?
