My son lost the back of the pin on his Mickey Mouse pin that we just recently started trading.

Yes, they sell them at Disneyland and the World of Disney. I'm sure they have them at WaltDisneyWorld too.
They are a little pack of about 5 for about $3.

yes you can also buy this cool thing at disney it locks in to place its 10 for like 9.99 but when u loose a pin or two you find that thoes backs are totaly worth it vs the mickey back

MAYBE U CAN MAKE A REPLACEMENT FOR IT OR JUST BUY 1 OR ASK SOME1 IF U COULD HAVE THEIRS....THATS TRICKY 2 GET BACK YA KNOW.
