Worm capsules start appearing in worm bins once they are acclimated to the climate. The capsules usually take 3 weeks to hatch, if all conditions are right in the bin. If the conditions are not right, the capsules can take up to 6 weeks to hatch.
Worms like a moist environment with lots of moist shredded newspaper. They also like chicken mash, oatmeal and corn meal.
Be patient and within a few months you'll soon have many new worms.

What do you mean? How long between mating and egg capsule production? Or how long into their life cycle? They have to mature first. Your question is vague.
