Your question isn't clear so I'll attempt to make some assumptions.

To clear the cache in firefox go Tools->Options->Privicy Tab->Clear Now button

Java is a seperate programming language found here: java.sun.com

It doesn't have a cache (or at least the language doesn't natively) so I don't understand what you need to do here.

If you need to uninstall Java, you can do this like any other installed application (under windows) go Control Panel->Add or Remove programs.

Hope this helps.

I'd like to point out that JavaScript and Java are two completely different things.

To clear out Java's cache (yes, it does have one):
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/5000020300.xml
Read the steps here.

To clear out JavaScript's cache / Firefox's cache (they're the same thing if you're running Firefox all the time. If not, clear out IE's cache too)
Tools > Options > Privacy > Private Data
Click on [Settings] to make sure cache is checked.
Then click on [Clear Now...] to clear it.

To clear out IE's cache:
Tools > Internet Options > General(tab) > Delete saved files (or something like that)

Java's got nothing at all to do with clearing your web cache, leave it alone.
