Actress Vivica A. Fox is seeking a divorce from her husband of almost four years, according to a petition filed in Superior Court.
Fox married Christopher Harvest aka SixxNine in December 1998. The couple had no children together.
(Kill Bill) star Vivica A. Fox has ruled out the possibility of ever getting married again - because it's "too much paperwork".
The 41-year-old actress, who once dated rapper 50 Cent, divorced her singer husband Christopher 'Sixx-Nine' Harvest after less than four years of marriage, and she's hasn't been tempted to take another trip down the aisle since.
She says, "I could be like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. Marriage means too much paperwork for me. You've got to get a pre-nup to make sure they're not marrying you for your money and all that stuff."
