When I was like 9 i haven't ever started my period but i had sex with this boy now that i am 13 i have started my period and haven't had sex since i first started does me having sex at 9 consider me a virgin or not??

I haven't a clue why people say that you need to take a birth control. If you started havving your period now, there's no way in hell that a sperm could survive, let alone it could survive and get to the egg.

Okay first you were 9, how sad, you were the age of my oldest niece now. She's a kid, wow, i don't know what to say except that you still had SEX, doesn't matter how old, or that you got your period later on! You are very well uninformed, i think its because your still a baby, and shouldn't be having sex! Your going to end up pregnant soon it you still are sexually active. Don't ruin your life more than you already have stop what your doing, and this is coming from someone not to old, and not to young to know better!

If you have had intercourse, you are not a virgin. I'm not even going to ask why you had sex at the young age of 9.

No you are not a virgin, When I was nine I did'nt know anthing about this kind of matter. Please tell your parents so they can help you out some how.

good lord where are your parents. honey no you are no longer a virgin but you need to tell your parents you have had sex so they know and if you do decide to continue (depending if they let you out of their sight) you can get on the pill.
