Possible belt seperation in the tire dont drive it at all due to a blow out possibly happening and put on your spare to go get a new tire.

That the radial belts in that area broke and the tire is getting ready to have a massive blowout.

it means you have to change the tyre cos it might burst.i had that once and i almost crashed cos it burst :S take care
