In this dream I look at my watch to check the time and all of a sudden the glass part of my watch shatters into many shards.

Dreams are actually just fragments of your day, like you probably looked at your watch the day/week before and at some time (probably not the same day) saw something break and your brain used these fragments in a dream.
If you want to get in to that hokey stuff about the meaning of dreams it probably had something do you not have time for something anymore. Perhaps it is a change in the way you use your time.
Someone else probably has a better answer for you.

Hi,
I know this probably sounds really crazy but I have lots of dream books (I used to suffer from nightmares) and I learned a long time ago that not all dream books are the same so I decided to do a little research on my own about dreams and nightmares.
I took a College Psychology course and that helped too.
Anyway, from what I studied so far the only way that I can define your dream is the way that my psychology teacher taught me in my own dreams, here we go with your dream...
Your dream could mean that you are always keeping track of time as to never be late for anything that you want/need to do.
It could interept that you hate to be late in running errands. hate being late for appointments. (i'm sure you get the idea now)
As for your glass part of your watch shattering, It could mean that you need to stop being a time watcher and that it's ok for you to be running behind your scheduled times since the world isn't going to end if you are a few minutes late to wherever it is that you want to go or whatever it is that you need to do.
your dream is trying to tell you something so please be open-minded about it all.
I hope I helped you to understand your dream a little better based on what I know so far myself.

The best person to interpret a dream is the one who had it. Dreams are the way your subconscience lets you know your worries, your goals, your life experiences. So you have to think about the things that you are living right now; besides, it´s not only what you dreamt, it´s the way you felt when you saw that in your dream. Someone can dream about a clown and feel horrified, and someone else can have a dream about a clown and feel happy. This will help find out the real thing about your dream. The last thing to be expected from a dream is to take it literally. There is no such thing as a dream "translator". You´re the only person who can tell us all about this dream you had. So relax, think about what´s going on in your life right now and try to adjust that to your dream. Pls let me know what happened. Have pleasant dreams tonight!
