Good question...I had to listen to her once and I wondered the same thing...her song perfect kinda freaked me out....I personally just think that she is trying to convey a message and just isn't doing a good job of it.

I think that alot of the songs that she made were very much needed for many females...Alanis might of went through some things..but now she's feeling a little better

Have you ever known of a truly unique artist that was NOT at least a bit mad? Nutty, angry, intellligent and talented can come wrapped in odd but interesting packaging. It seems to run in the species.
