I have found many ways that people act and/or have certain expectations from the person that they are interviewing for a particular position even to the point of people asking about my car when I drove-up. One of my close Supervisors (co-workers) that was giving me a reference even had a complaint about the lady person that interviewed me; he replied that she was a very negative person and she had even said somethings that didn't even happen during the interview (he knew because we spoke) and he felt so tempted to bust her out but felt it would hurt me. He then sent me an e-mail and told me that maybe this particular position might not be right for me unless I planned to work for some very negative people. He was so right. But, how many people discover their mistake of getting into bed with the wrong job until six months down the road? It is a sad situation; especially when you need the money and the competition is so high amongst high skill high paying positions.

Haven't had any good ones. Formality as they had somebody already picked from the beginning.

My worst experience happened too often. I was told I was either over qualified and they could not pay what I was worth. So I chose to work for myself.
