I have about 4 months before I'm going on vacation with my friends and i really need some tips to get in shape. I would like advice on how to curb food cravings and how to motivate myself to go to the gym. Also, what are some good workouts i could do at home?

I'm an artist so drawing for me is a wonderful way to forget to eat. some days I'll be sketching and realise I hadn't eatten that day or the day before. What ever keeps your mind occupied is a good way.
The best way to get in shape is walking /jogging. It's free and is a good way to burn fat. Try to eat a healthy breakfast lunch and supper. If you don't eat or really cut back your body will go into panic mode and start storing instead of loosing.

Wise-up. Many good avenues exist. Stop your whinining and start a new path. Break apart the mold that holds you slave. Care not for trusted actions for they hold you slave to falsehoods of your own making. Evolution must erase the old inorder to announce the new and improved you. This turbulance of change will incite you to progress at a pace that has many pitfalls.Selfish behavior will blind you to the 3 c's.Involve all at every opportunity with all your heart for they give love to a determined heart!
