Should Americans be allowed to vote in their own elections? Look what they've managed to achieve over the last 16 years. 2 doses of Clinton and 2 of Bush. There is an old axiom which states people get the politicians they deserve. How come we got Blair, then?

I think i understand what you are asking here.. America invaded THEIR country, america is running THEIR country, america tells them what to do and what not to do in THEIR own country. America screwed them just as Bush screwed america.
Yes you have to be a US citizen inorder to vote, we all know this. But if I understand what you are asking is something like since America invaded them for no reason, then why not let them. I think that america owes them something, after all look at what all america done.
So my answer would be a yes and no answer.
No because they are not US citizens (which we all know)
Yes because we owe them something.

Too right they should. HOW DARE America bully its way into other countries (Iraq just being one of them) and use their brute heavy handed, premeditated tactics to demoralize that country and to steal all it's resources. Everyone should have a say in America's business and have an opportunity to denounce it's depraved government for all it's corruption!

American laws only apply inside the country, as with all nations.
honestly my first thought when i read this question was "are you stupid?", I'm still thinking it after reading your explanation.
Funny how the "puppet government" we set up in Iraq doesn't do what we want, not much of a puppet.

Dude, grab a history book will you. You seem to think that government or regime change got discovered yesterday. We Americans are what we are cause of a revolution! Wow, imagine that. we bought the rest of the country or took it over and chased the indigenous population out of it. regrettably that how countries are created. England, France, Spain, Portugal, Russia, China. Name a country that hasn't abused a smaller population for gain. Hell, China took Mongolia over, has completely done away with their culture, killed their religion, moved in millions of chinese and Mongolia gone. Remember? Guess not, guess that one got by you! They speak spanish all over central and south america, hummmm, wonder why. They parle Portugese is Brazil. French in Canada. English in India. oh, never mind.

Duuhhh !!!
Just because the Americans (TEMPORARILY) governed a country while it's new government was arranged (which it now is and is independant of American rule) it doesnt mean the iraqi's can vote in a regime that they are not patrionised to.
It's common sence and your question is totally un-educated.

I fail to see the relevance of your question, but Iraqs can't vote in US elections unless they are US Citizens which make them US americans then yes they can. So your point is caller?
