You are doing nothing wrong. Mines gone too. A lot of us are using the cartoon ones again I changed mine today. It looks a little more like me. I wear ball caps a lot!

i am still having that problem... i just posted a link to my 360, but that doesn't fix the avatar deal...
there are a lot of us having that issue... maybe they'll fix it soon...
