Theres this guy whom I work with and he just smiles..I mean smiles non -stop.. he just cannot can't stop smiling/blushing while he talks to me,, and I asked him why was he smiling/laughing so much..he told me was beacause of the faces I make they're so cute...plus he asked me to work out with him sometime...does he like me.well actually he said that the next time he goes to work out he would call me.. Is he that into me..even though he hasn't asked me out yet..

Sounds like he is very into you but very shy. If you like him, maybe you should make the first move. Maybe he just doesn't know how.

Sounds like he likes you to me. If you like him, work out with him. That is leading up to a first date. Its like a pre-date. He is just taking it slow, testing the waters. He wants to be confident that you like him as well before revealing to much to you since you will have to see each other every day at work if you turn him down. I love it when a guy says I'm cute. Its such a turn on!

If he were REALLY into you he would have called you when he went to work out...seriously. Men go after what they want. If he REALLY wanted you he would put the effort in. Be thankful. Do you really want to date a guy who doesn't have the energy to put into making a relationship work? Including making the first move? Even if he's a great guy, ask yourself this...do you really want to be the one making all of the decisions? It gets tedious!

The guy is just shy. Why is this so hard to understand. He may be so smitten with you that he doesn't know how to take it to the next step. Maybe...he's toying with you, making sure you like him.
I've never heard of a guy operating this way.
